Capri Summer School – Call for Participation

The XI Edition of the Capri Summer School will take place from September 8th to 12th, 2025. The summer school offers doctoral students and early-stage researchers in management a challenging and stimulating learning environment. Held on the enchanting Island of Capri, the program fosters the development of knowledge and methodologies in qualitative research across various management disciplines, including accounting, finance, organization, and related fields.

The program is designed for doctoral students and early-stage researchers whose research interests align with qualitative studies. Strongest consideration will be given to candidates who are developing promising research ideas and are open to the influence and insights gained from participating in the summer school.

Admission is competitive, with approximately 30 participants selected by the faculty and organizing committee. Selection criteria include the overall quality of the applicant’s research proposal, their stage within the doctoral process, and institutional representation.

The curriculum encompasses epistemological issues, data collection methods, and analytical techniques, such as content and discourse analysis.
